Uploading abusive files may result in the immediate termination of the user's ability to use urlimg.com or any of its provided services. The urlimg.com website may not load, all urlimg.com-hosted files may not load, and all files related to the abusive files will be subject to deletion. Circumventing urlimg.com's ability to enforce the urlimg.com Terms of Service will result in prosecution.

By registering for an account, attaching a site and upgrading that site, the user will be financially responsible for a flat fee of $ 0.05 USD per megabyte of cumulative usage of that site. The usage is calculated by adding the size of each resulting file created and hosted by urlimg.com. A site is defined by the set of images from a secondary-level domain (SLD) or subdomain thereof, with the exception of "www". Images served from the "www" subdomain, will be counted against the usage of the SLD. Usage is accumulated and reset on a monthly basis. Payments will be expected within 1 month of the invoice date. If the user has not provided payment within 2 months of the invoice date, urlimg.com reserves the right to disable all image processing of sites managed by the user.
All information provided by the user is strictly confidential. urlimg.com reserves the right to distribute aggregated demographic information provided by the user, but urlimg.com will never release any personal information about the user without permission. However, urlimg.com reserves the right to release user information if user has violated the urlimg.com Terms of Service, if the user has committed unlawful acts, if the information is subpoenaed, or if urlimg.com deems it necessary or appropriate.
